I would like some recipes you can do on a low budget. Any crafts or anything?

I am drying some heads right now to make a Frau Holda for my altar and I hope to make a witch for Halloween. I may have to put them in the oven to get them really dry. A friend makes hers on the Autumn Equinox to have ready for Halloween.
