Secret to Perfect Chocalate cake Icing

First don’t use any icing sugar.... Instead try this recipe.

Ingredients:
75g milk chocolate
75g dark chocolate
80ml (1/3 cup) thickened cream (35 percent fat)
Cocoa Powder 4tbs - optional -
White sugar 2tps - optional

1. Place Cream and chocolate in medium saucepan and stir over a low heat. (Add the optional cocoa powder and sugar) Continue stirring until the chocolate has melted and the mixture is smooth.

2. Remove from heat and allow to cool.

3. Place mixture into refrigerator for 15minutes which will thicken the mix.

3. Spread the topping over your cake
