take regular old chia tea and put it in a cup of milk,
heat for 2 minutes
add a slight amount of sugar or honey
add several dashes of cinnamon
add a splash of vanilla
Drink before going to bed to have strong dreams and to feel/ think of the emotion love throughout the day =)
Works for me and tastes super good! I find after a cup i'm ready for a good nights sleep.
