Simple Penne Arrabiata Recipe
Ingredients:
1. 1 tin of whole peeled tomatoes
2. 1 glove of Garlic
3. 1 small chili (green or red)
4. 2 teaspoons of basil
5. 2 teaspoons of salt
6. 1 teaspoon of pepper
7. 1 teaspoon of sugar
8. 400g dried penne pasta
9. 2 teaspoons of olive oil
Method:
1. Heat olive oil and whole peeled tomatoes in a fry pan
2. Add finely chopped garlic
3. Add finely chopped chili
4. Add basil, salt, pepper, sugar.
5. Stir on low heat for 10-15 minutes
(you can add a little water if needed)
6. Boil a pan of water, then add the dried penne pasta
7. boil until tender.
8. drain the pasta, add the topping
you can add some grated mozzarella or parmesan if you wish.
