new quartz weighing me down

Hello all,
I just bought a new lithium quartz and I put it on a chain, and now I feel a heaviness in the center of my chest. Now, could it be because I'm not used to wearing a crystal around my neck or because of the quartz? Just double checking. Thanks in advance.

A crystal will activate an energy center in your body. If that center has been blocked, when it is activated it may create an uneasy feeling. This will eventually go away. This feeling is actually a good thing, it lets you know your crystals are working.
