How can I tell what my Aura colour is?
Do I have to find someone who can see and read them...or is there some way I can do it myself?

Stand in front of a mirror. Focus on the middle of your reflection’s forehead - eventually you’ll a subtle band of light around head & shoulders as long as you stay focused on the forehead. You might be able to see a color outside the light or through it.

You can stand in front of a white sheet and set up your phone to record.
