New job spell for other - how to?

Hi, first pls sorry me if I posted a topic in the wrong place!

My husband has troubles with finding a good job. He isn't a lazy or bad worker, he has a lot of experience. But every job he starts to work becomes...maybe not strange, but smth is always going bad. New conditions appear, non-payment of the promised salary, people begin to behave like idiots. This does not happen immediately but after some time. He's tired, I'm tired I want to put an end to this, it does not stop for several years!

So I want to help him to find a new GOOD job with a spell or ritual. I asked, he agrees to this. He is not a witch.
What can I do without his participation? I don't want him in a ritual, but I can use his photo or hairs for example.

I think if you browse the spell section there are several ideas for job spells. Personally I'd just do a simple candle spell - if you feel you need a specific color then perhaps use green for abundance & sprinkle basil around the base. The simple spells always work best for me - but we're all individuals. Use what you know.

There's something hiding beneath "compassion" which can do anything it likes to for others, and normally.

Doh - it just registered in what I call my brain that your Q asked "how" - so if you're unfamiliar with spells there's a topic in the spell posts called "simple spells' that included how to prepare a candle spell & what to do with it.

What makes your magic generally applicable to others is the way it stays loving...

So if you love the same thinking you end up doing magic together. Just talking about things (they call this tact in society) is quite magical in itself. No if's, and's or but's, the shared magical experience is infinitely more harmless, hence infinitely more intelligent. There is bound to be an intelligent opportunity in your friend somewhere.

I recently did a similar spell for a friend who was trying to get a job. She had already started leasing an apartment in her new town but hadn't yet gotten a job offer. She lent me a ring she wears all the time so I could charm it. I found items that had some helpful corespondences- something for getting "unstuck", a couple things for money, something for movement, and a bind rune for good measure. I passed it back to her the next time I saw her and told her - if she wanted - to bury the bay leaf I used in a potted plant at her new place to tie her there, rather than here where she was stuck.

Basically, it was intention and love with a few correspondences thrown in for good measure.
