I couldn't recall any methods, but I do think meditation helps to certain extent, as it definitely help to sooth and ease broken heart. I do think some healing magic works as well, maybe it would be helpful to search in the spell sections? I'm sorry I couldn't provide more insights as I don't remember any specific spells or rituals that could help you in this case.
There is some books on soul retrieval and I have seen some videos on U tube about it. After doing some research I imaging you could construct a ritual for yourself to re-integrate the parts of you that have been fragmented. By the way this can bee a lengthy process so be kind to yourself and Patient.

Personally, I have tried as many ways as possible including "tape and glue"...
I've found meditation, peace, patience, understanding, and time... sunshine, smiles whether they be real or not, and the knowledge that if it didn't "work" today- tomorrow is another day to heal some more even if it doesn't feel like it's happening. Hang in there and be kind to yourself... Remember it doesn't happen over night... Hugs!!!
Lena...
When the ground gives way and your world collapses, maybe you just need to have faith. And trust that you can survive this. Maybe you just need to hold on tight. And no matter what, don't let go.
A soul "breaks" when it is positive beyond all truth... I feel a lot of selves are at this point right now. Basically, with the negative, one is not to discount their value of life... u would not find it possible anyway. And something interesting takes place - perfect divine evolution. And that is about "The Original Soul", not who others would suppose that they know.

Barker,
you can be very difficult to understand. Like words that would decribe are generally absent. You type like I speak on acid.
Is there anyway you could be more coherent and concise with your posts? In my experience the soul breaks when under oppression of some sort, there may be other things but none of it positive, so your statement is like a mirror looking in a mirror upside down, and I don't even know what tbat means.
You know what I mean?
Thanks, Firebird

This is truly sage advice. If your TV needs to be fixed, it must first be taken apart. Don't be afraid to disassemble things further and use the opportunity to reinvent yourself, better than before.
