Anyone know any spells to help protect you with positive vibes around your workplace?

I have social anxiety as well as the usual anxiety and it doesn't take much for me to get paranoid over someone who is reflecting negative vibes.

If you have a shelf in your workspace, set a compact mirror open to deflect energy away from your space. Point it outward, not at yourself. A small picture frame with a glass in it will work too. So you can have a photo in the frame that you like, and the glass acts like a mirror. This helps shield your area while the pendant shields you.

I've been carrying some crystals in my pockets. It's helped with a nasty co-worker who tends to sabotage other employees.

The shocked look on his face when his "workings" stopped working was amusing.
