Stress + School = need help

Lately I have been trying to balance my emotions at school and I was wondering if anyone had a de-stresser spell that I can cast at school or a chant to help me focus.

I have a chant I use in stressful/ emotional times. It's weird, but has always helped so far. Just take a few minutes, close your eyes and repeat it, it's enough to say it in your head. Give all the emotions in it, give them over to the goddess. Makes your head clear again:

"mother goddess I beg thee, set my troubled spirit free"

I don't know any spells but I always make time to meditate and ground, especially when stressed. Visualizing white light surroundig you will disipate negativity from your aura, which will take away stress. Try some aromatherapy oils or bath salts in scents like lavender, chamomile, or eucalyptus...tea is especially great. Hope this helps...

Why not combine!? Add all of these for extra uumph!

Carry your fav crystal..(rose quartz was suggested, but a quartz is fine too.) Charge it on the 27th, the full moon. And the chant sounded wonderful!

Ground, center before going in, and maybe try some meditative breathing techniques? Visualization techniques?
It couldn't hurt..
