What is Provence and Mediterrian Incense(s) best used for?

They are simply popular blends of French & Mediterranean cooking herbs for soups & salads. If i remember right provence has lavender buds included. Because they're blends they may be used for general magical purposes including incense.

They sound awfully savory to be a good incense, though it may provoke food senses, maybe burn to the nostalgia of the old country or grandmas cooking.
