Funeral tomorrow..

Post by ScarlettRose »

There was a death in my family & the funeral is tomorrow. It's going to be very sad, all funerals are! But, she was very young and left a daughter behind. Very tragic &pretty sudden. I take on peoples emotions and I'm going to be very emotional myself. I was wondering what stones I could bring to help me a little or anything to help me!
Thanks.
Breathing in I feel gratitude; Breathing out I give thanks.
Breathing in I feel joyful; Breathing out I celebrate.
Breathing in I know compassion; Breathing I am compassion.
Breathing in I feel loved; Breathing out I offer love.
Breathing in I am still; Breathing out I am at peace.

Amethyst and Rose Quartz are great for healing grief and for helping with the mourning process.

For the funeral I wore my Amethyst necklace and also my rose quartz necklace. Close to my heart. It helped very much, I didn't cry at all during the funeral. But, I came home and sobbed and sobbed and sobbed.
I have a hard time with dealing with things at first. I hold it in. I don't know why. But, then it all gets to me and I cry everything out. It's horrible, but at the same time it needs to come out, so I guess it's good. I would like to not hold it in though!

That's how I've always been. I hold it in until I burst and then I cry for HOURS! Crying is a way of cleansing your soul. At least that's what I feel.

I was the same way when I lost my grandmother. I pretended that nothing was wrong but as soon as I was alone, then came the flood. I think its best for some people, I usually like to be alone and console myself, I don't like being touched and being told that their in a better place. Because to me, there was no better place than with me.
