Where should I light my fire?

I don't have a cauldron and I can't really get one around where I live, and for a spell I am going to perform I need fire. What should I light the fire in? Or can I use anything besides fire? Thanks.

Fire is a very strong element. If your spell calls for fire there is probably good reason, though I would have to see the spell. Alternatives to a cauldron and such can simply be a pot you buy for the purpose of magick and magick only. If you have a gas stove, that can be perfect or you can use a barbeque grill. One of the little cheap ones you use with charcoal works well. If you don't have access to either, you can do what I call a mini version, mostly involving an oil incense burner, as it has a little bowl you put things in and can put a candle underneath.

This is the spell;

SPELL TO OBTAIN LOVE FROM A SPECIFIC PERSON
At night time light a small fire in a cauldron or what ever you have available to contain the fire.
Cut out a piece of paper that is 3 inches by 3 inches. Draw a heart on it and color it in with red.
Write the name of the name of the person that you desire on the heart.
While doing all this be thinking of this person being attracted to you and not being able to resist you!
Think of his or her heart burning with desire for you just like the flames of the fire.
Then kiss the name on the heart 3 times. Place the paper in the fire while saying these words 3 times.
Do so with utmost sincerity.
"Fire come from below,
bring me love that I do know,
make my heart blaze and shine,
to bring the love that will be mine!"
Soon my love will come a day,
three times strong and here to stay!"
"SO MOTE IT BE!"
Stay and meditate on the spell you just did, seeing it come true!
After you are finished concentrating for a few minutes, extinguish the fire.
Soon your love will come to you!

you could use a metal (or ceramic) plate, and burn a tiny log!! or you could place a few red , yellow and orange candles in a bowl/plate. and do the spell like that!!
that spell is manipulative right? it binds one in love with you!!

If I may, I would suggest you find an alternative spell with less maniputive results if you must continue. Forcing love is something I don't think anyone should ever do. It destroys the notion of free will.

Like others said, this isn't the best thing to be doing. Stuff like this tends to have really bad results. I will put out there that you could do something similar to find out if that person likes you and if they do get things going. That doesn't make them manifest feelings, just gives them more of a push to act on them. You could probably alter this spell to be such.

I have a wide-mouthed glass coffee cup that has no special markings on it and I use it for all of my burning. It's easy and nice. You could probably find one at any dollar store.
