New to Wicca suggestions

Firstly, welcome to the craft and to the forum.

I would reccomend first reading up on it. You can scroll through the internet, or this forum for that matter, for information on the parts of wicca that seem to interest you. If you have a bookstore or library nearby, you could look there as well obviously, but they seem to be scattered depending on where you are.

Once you feel comfortable, try a little bit of everything. Perform a *simple* spell, write a spell of your own, try divination, anything really. Quite possibly the coolest thing about Wicca is the freedom of it, anything and everything you do can be tied into magic.

If you scroll through the forum, we actually have a Witch School which will give you the basics on alot of things.

. Build a starter kit - cup,salt, Oil, incense, 🕯candles
. Rub herbs & sniff; use 🌶hot-spicy scents to banish, citrus to cleanse, sweet to bless
. Collect stones from graveled paths, hobby & garden stores; unique marks& shapes have uses
. Print out the current year’s moon phase calendar and an altar pentacle

Easy Peasy Circle Rite
Put your gear inside the planned work area/circle. Start & end each circuit at North.
. Broom sweep widdershins to cleanse; light incense; Air draw the invoking pentagram to start; walk deosil , pull power on the breath to the belly, point & cast the circle.
. Do divination, meditation, spell or seasonal reflection & offering
. Thank the powers & ground yourself. Air draw the banishing pentagram to end. You’re Done.
