Are they for real?

Paganism, witchcraft, and Wicca as portrayed on TV, movies, and popular culture. Buffy, the Vampire Slayer, Charmed, Practical Magic, etc. If you know of a good show or movie, you can recommend it here or discuss it with others.

Are they for real?

Check out this site. This one's especially for you, Human! + green_laugh +

It's like walking down an empty street, listening to your own footsteps. But all you have to do is knock on any door and say, "If you'll let me in, I'll live the way you want me to live. And I'll think the way you want me to think." And all the blinds will go up, and all the doors will open, and you'll never feel lonely. Ever again.

We stand alone in our expert field of knowing what it takes to practice successful magic, and are highly specialized in practicing many diverse types of ancient as well as present day types of magic including many types of blended magic that will in addition instill added strength into the spell itself- such as witchcraft, revenge or justice spells, money spells, cupid love spells to cause someone to fall deeply in love with you, and so much more here for a spell, spells casting, castings, spell castings ritual, rituals for love and financial success.
That pretty much says it all, doesn't it?

Seriously, I had this mental image of her standing literally in this field alone in the middle of nowhere, "shouting her name, all the live long day, to an admiring bog."
Oops, can't seem to badger her without slipping into some E B Browning.

And I thought I had problems with run-on sentences! That's a whole freaking paragraph! Not to mention she must be mainlining Harry Potter.

That's sad. There are a surprising amount of websites looking for money and promising that their spells will work. Sad.

Hehehe was I the only one that couldn't stop laughing?

Too many sites like these keep the good ones on the back pages of a google search.
as we are voodoo specialist's
is there anything these people aren't specialists in??
The great thing about our spells is that karmic pay back doesn't exist as all of our spells are written up in the ways of peace. love and justice.
wow...they ARE specialists...only these people can write spells for revenge, voodoo dolls and death in love peace and justice because a couple of lines later they say:
Magic or Magickal Death can manifest in such ways as accidents. ill health and attacks from others just to name a few. Killing magically is clean and effective as it leaves no fingerprints and fully unfolds through the natural circumstances of the Target
And because this site is still working may I assume people actually bought spells??

But what about all of those "testamonials?"

You'd think she'd make an attempt at professionalism (or am I being too harsh?). I mean, spell check isn't that hard to come by...

God, I'd never pay someone to cast a spell for me, especially over the net. I mean, you don't KNOW that they're casting these spells... if you can call them that. From what I've read, they don't seem to have much of a clue.

I mean, they said something like "karma won't bite you in the ass with OUR spells" or words to that effect! WHAT THE HELL?!?!? They're selling DEATH spells and yet nothing bad will come?.
Then again, I suppose it wouldn't be as effective if they had put:
"Buy our death spells, we insure that we have read at least one book on witchcraft, therefore we know our stuff! So give us your money so we can cast a ridiculously over priced spell that either won't work or will kick your butt for being such an evil little cretin!"

Money well spent! smiley_dance

Yep. They are a trip. I just couldn't quote much of them without cracking up.

Hey, maybe they think they are saving other people's Karma because *they* take it all. OR maybe they just send all that bad karma to the /dev/null. :D

(Not everyone will get that reference... but in some Operating Systems, you send things to /dev/null (a file) that you want to delete, and it just deletes them. Some techno-pagans I know use that as a metaphor for a black hole on the spiritual plane!)
