Gah...I've spent 3 days trying to enroll in a Medicare drug plan supplement. It's required, in addition to a basic plan supplement.. Oh, they say, it only takes 5 minutes. No, so far it's 3 days of recorded phone messages and relays to other recordings and getting hung up on by a recording. I have not spoken to a living voice yet. I've left a message (&@^%#£) with my agent that was barely rational, maybe not even coherent. Possibly the sound of my head banging on the wall could be heard in the background.
I do not suffer technology gladly.
