So I was doing so well in Wicca and stuff but, I'm very very tired and that made it very hard to do anything so I just gave up Wicca for like a couple months. I still pray to the Goddess and God sometimes. Recently I have had a bad patch of not being able to sleep (It's been going on for about two weeks). It's really horrible (I told my mom after a couple of days of this going on but haven't said anything since). I have never been a person who has great sleeps but I hate laying in bed for hours not being able to sleep. I've even switched beds with my sister to see it that helps. I really need help with being unable to sleep (I haven't tried stones because the energy from them keeps me awake).
Thanks for any help.

Have you brought this up with your doctor? They may be able to give you some prescription sleeping aids to help get you back on track.

Re: Need some help
I have anxiety that keeps me up at night.
I made a pillow spray and body oil from Chamomile and Lavender.
When I use these I'm able to relax and fall asleep much faster.

Perhaps you have been spending too much time exposed to blue light?
Orange tinted glasses have been said to help correct that and help one get a good night's sleep.

Re: Need some help
I think that at my last doctors appointment (1-2 years ago) I said that I always felt tired and she just said that some people don't wake up well or aren't morning people. I have over the counter sleeping pills butVesca wrote:Have you brought this up with your doctor? They may be able to give you some prescription sleeping aids to help get you back on track.
I don't like to take them (they make me even more groggy in the morning)
Sadly I can't use herbs or sprays because I am very sensitive smells (You can imagine my annoyance when my mom randomly cleanses my room) and I have a cat so I am constantly worried about him getting into any of my stuff and I am not sure its best for him.TwilightDancer wrote:I have anxiety that keeps me up at night.

You can try mint, thyme and valerian tea. Boil a pinch of each in 200 ml water. Don't sweeten it with sugar, but with honey.
