lol thanks i find i love making bracelets that have a a meaning or use rather then just normal jewelry cus other wise i dont wear anything

This is a great post, thank you. I remember having really bad insomnia a while back and it really is the worst because it makes you feel useless. I now drink chamomile tea and I find that helps a great deal.

when i was little i used to do this thing that was almost like meditation but laying down, and i would clear my mind and think of absolutely nothing and it worked and i fell asleep within minutes

My husband really does have trouble falling asleep due to his unstable schedules and, unfortunately, his anxiety.

He usually takes some pills (which I believe have no true effect on his sleep) but I am trying to help him with Chamomile tea instead. It helps but it's not always effective. Since he is very skeptical, I find it hard to find other ways to help.
