When we were Young

Might you mind
To take some of your time
To sing that haunting rhyme
That rocked me to sleep when we were young

And if you do
I'll tell my secrets to you
That might seem very new
From the ones when we were young

But if you know
That it is time to go
You'll leave me in the snow
Like you did when we were young

And if you ever come back...

Maybe we'll see
What's in you and what's in me
We'll live happily
Like in the stories you told me...
