When I Was Dragon

I soared high in unending open sky feeling wind on my face and eminence wings.
When I was dragon I was opposing and fearsome none did tread on me..
As they knew what punishment was in store for those who wanted to be brave and foolish..
I remember being many shades of greens and blues and a gold hue to all my scales..
At times I would put those I felt in there place who did not hold others accountable
To there own ways and laws.. I miss feeling powerful and free
Being place of peace.. I wish I could be that way again..
Maybe my time have come again after walking as a human for over a millennium.
And let the fire within be alive again.
