simple question, do you have to do or be something to be "allowed" to preform a hand fasting ceremony?

I believe that you have to be an ordained High Priest or High Priestess.

have not checked the page out but i am an ordained minster of ... the church i know that means nothing but i just wondered i loved performing weddings, what a happy time. and a hand fasting, i am ready for it. only feels right

I think a handfasting ritual would be beautiful :) it would be nice for Beltane!

I'm not sure I am entirely clear on your question. Are you asking if you have to be or do something to LEGALLY perform a handfasting ceremony? Or to perform one, religously?
