No, sadly...
With a medical discharge, she could get a % of disability
which could give at least some money...

Yeah...her mom said she was in tears and all kinds
of upset...she really wanted to stay in...
My hubby says they should fix the hips for her.
Only info I could get was one hip is "stage 4" and
the other one was "stage 3", now what that means
I have no idea...
