Today I am grateful that I can use my right arm again. Just trying to do normal things during the recovery period after surgery was a trial.

Today I am grateful that I have a home and food in my belly and that my hubs and fur babies are safe and loved. We are having a hard time money-wise, but everything works out in the end. I was whining about money earlier, so I had to remind myself that it isn't all that bad

sure my boat in the yard is filling with water,
the plug is out because the tarp has turned to cheese cloth.
But I am also grateful to have a tool of escape should there be a flood

Today I am grateful for the nine years that we had with our beautiful semi-feral Bast. Her children Loki, Grimalkin and Cerridwen, remain with us as a reminder of their mother.

Today I am grateful for my loving cousin and my abilities to finally be me. This move has been the best thing to happen to me in years and because of it I can FEEL myself opening up and my bond with my spiritual path strengthening ever more so.
I am grateful for being ME.

Today I am grateful for the completely chaotic week that I've had. On a normal Friday, I would have gotten home from my morning round of nursing visits between 1:00 and 1:30. Today, Aurora police shot and killed a robbery/kidnap suspect just around the corner from my house. It happened around 1:30. I have to drive that street to get to my cul-de-sac. I could have been in a very bad situation.

What a wonderful thread

Lately I have been feeling very grateful about few things -
1) I am very grateful for the comfortable life I have and the family I have. It's not much but it's enough.
2) I am grateful for my heart and mind to be in awe of magic in this universe. It swells up my heart.
3) I am grateful for music that has helped me heal every time I have felt vulnerable.

1. My friend who manages to chisel a few days out of her very busy schedule to go camping with me every spring!... yea! ...13 years now!
