Dear souls,

I'm struggling a lot with digestive issues at the moment. It's a chronic condition, and though I'm trying to eat well it isnt getting any better. I'm also doing a lot of root healing atm, and I'm starting to think that I'm being overwhlemed by it all and need a rest... I constatnly feel depleted and desperately in need of nourishment, no matter how much I rest. (I'm sure it's no coincidence that I suffer from digestive issues and mild depression).

Would really appreciate any healing light that you could send. Insights would be appreciated too.

Digestive issues are awful in general and even more if you are the kind of person that likes the taste of food and to eat/cook. I really hope you'll feel better!
