A basic, inexpensive Starter Kit by Lisa Chamberlain: Wicca for Beginners, Finding Your Path, and Living a Magical Life. She also has Wicca Spellbook Starter Kit: Wicca Book of - Candle Spells, Crystal Spells, Herbal Spells The titles can be bought individually or as 3-book "kits"

Wicca, a guide for the Solitary Practioner by Scott Cunningham - there’s an EUTM book review
Beginning Wicca by Thea Sabin - there’s an EYTM book review, gives good foundation
Complete Book of Witchcraft by Ray Buckland is a workbook and has been discussed
Green Magic by Ann Moura, her Green Witchcraft multi-book series includes a large Grimoire
Hedge Witch by Rae Beth, reproduced Author’s letters written for teaching 2 neophytes
Witch's Bible by Janet & Stuart Farrar gives back ground mythology & extensive ritual teachings, although for covens the explanations of holidays is useful
Witches Goddess and Witches Gods by Janet & Stewart Farrar gives info on British Trad deities
