I can't wait to read it, thanks. I think at some point you have to quit keeping score as far as who killed more of whom. To be honest most women killed were not witches but mid-wives. Most were church goers. Anywho, as long as Christians believe you are damned they are gonna witness and/or demonize ALL non-Christians or Christans who don't fit the mold.
