Ancestral shrine

Post by Shireside »

Had to relocate the ancestral shrine from a common area to a more private space to keep on keeping on with it as I'd like. I'm pretty happy with the new arrangement, and the space gives off a more approachable vibe than before.

This is really lovely,
I like your Japanese incense choice..is that ancestor related?, or do you just love the fragrance :D (is that one pine?)
The "morning star" brand, sandalwood, rose, and pine are real yummy.
Very inspiring, and with Samhain just up the road...maybe time to look at that again. Thank you

I have an ancestral tie to Japan, so it made sense! It happens to be my favorite, too... Nippon Kodo is my go-to for their purity of fragrance. This box is of sandalwood.

I'm looking forward to Samhain. I didn't really celebrate it much last year, but I want to make this one special.
