Ive seen a lot of shadows in my day... and if it was just hovering over your bed then I dont see it causing harm other than it being an anoyance. Have yo. u tried cleansing your house incase it is negative? If it is a passed relative then my grandmother always told me to hang thier picture up in the room and it would stop.. she did it once for me. Perhaps it doesnt have enough etheric energy to communicate or show up the way it desires so it's getting your attention that way. Have you tried scrying to comunicate in any way?? Just some thoughts
