Pretty sure I just had a past life flashback.

Post by Deerstep »

I am so confused....
All I did was eat a piece of cheese and now I can't stop thinking about this farmhouse and this little boy in Scotland.
I need to talk to someone, could I please get a little advice?

Ah, that is an emotional trigger! It triggered from strong emotions because it is similar to the old life.

If you can afford it and want to explore your memories, actually going to Scotland would be an option. If not, have you considered looking up old records and pictures in Scotland?

And I am the also the Moon
I am all animal and birds,
And I am the outcast as well, and the thief
I am the low person of dreadful deeds,
And the great person of excellent deeds

Pretty sure you're right. It's unpredictable, as to what will be a trigger. That sounds like a fairly benign flashback. I think Lady Lilith's suggestion is a good one. Maybe research dietary preferences and habits pertaining to the area and time period that you feel connected to.

You might want to try a past life regression meditation, but without any preconceived notion as to whom you may encounter.
If possible have a scribe present who could make notations about what you are seeing.

You seem to be aware of the event's potential as a past life memory. What is it about the flash that confuses you? If this is the first time you've run face to face into the multiple lifetimes concept, it can be upsetting to our rational old forms of thinking. Suddenly things are a lot bigger than we could imagine and it feels like we've lost our footing. Our minds get a rush of lights on in the attic activity. You're awakening. Ground yourself by holding a rock. Breathe into your center. It has not moved. Consider that Nature recycles everything, so why shouldn't our soul's recycle?
