Ok, all this is fine and dandy, really... but can anyone at all tell me where these "scientific theories" are
coming from?? Solar flare, Planet X (which looks speculatively like the tree of life to me)...reverse polarity... Really, if you think about it, on what date would the Mayan Calendar ending make the most sense? Yule; the winter solstice. The end of the Wheel of the Year. Which is when the dang thing ends. Were they really supposed to go on literally for
ever when making their calendar? 122112 sounds like a pretty nifty number to stop at, if you ask me. But then again, that adds up to the number 9... so maybe that's the Mayan's way of saying anyone who isn't 9 will die... or that there will only be 9 people left? Or it means nothing? Or everything?
Personally, I'm banking on it meaning nothing. And even if a giant solar/lunar/mystical whatnot does flip the earth over and reverse polarity on 12/21/12, life will resume. Might just be cockroaches and weeds, but you never know.
Live each day as though it were your last.
