Natural remedy
I get sore knees from running. What is a natural remedy I can try to ease the pain. I'm thinking maybe a balm to rub on it. But any concoction would be good. The pain is In the inner sides of the knee. It only hurts when running so I know it's from that. And I know it isn't severe. Just irritating.

I learned from my boyfriend that when you have pain on the side of your knees, its actually due to your hips you might want to stretch your hips out more and do a bit of yoga that's designed to help with the hips.

Re: Natural remedy
yeah it could be the muscles and ligaments either tightening or being too loose or it could be the nerves. make sure to rest and do cool down stretches after running too.
