There are old users of the Arts. There are bold users of the Arts. There are no old, bold users of the Arts.
It's a wise man who knows how limited his intelligence is when compared with all there is to know.

"There are no old, bold users of the Arts."

Depending on how old you are speaking of, I strongly disagree.

At 62, I would fit both categories by certain perceptions.

And I know others older than I, who would disagree.

Besides a truly wise man is never satisfied with what he knows and
does not recognize limitations, except to continually stretch any
limits, and break all barriers to information, on the way to becoming
a god.

A wise man as well is not limited to boundaries set by gods gone before
who claim domain over his physical existence and consciousness, yet
challenges all forces and forms in his path to his own godhood.

At close to 60, I'd say that a catchy saying makes a more memorable impression on those who are age deficient and have no sense of their own mortality. As to being a god, why limit yourself. I just don't care for the job description. In my opinion, being omniscient and omnipotent would be a good way to either go on a major ego trip or get seriously bored. I like the challenge of striving to be better. I may have an opinion about anything and everything, but as a true teacher, I believe that it is more important to learn as much or more than I teach and to let my students know that we are both here to learn from the multiverse. It is more important to teach how to think then what to think. Your students will go much farther and have a better understanding of the importance of constant learning. When we think we have all the answers we cheat ourselves of the chance to grow.

I can agree with all of the above for you, and others.

Some I agree with already for myself, and have long put in practice.

I do believe Earth is a school for gods and goddesses.

Actually I believe we already are and developed amnesia when we came
here so the meaning of life is to remember that.Being a God or Goddess,
does not imply perfection. That is a false idea, as far as I am concerned,
perpetuated by those who do not want their deity challenged.

Whether human, or God/god,the idea is always to go further.
(at least IMO)

More, the feedback loops of the individual within the composite,
and the multiverse, and all created and that which the individual
creates, are most important, and it is only through those feedback
loops is memory and information, generated, perpetuated, and added to.

I have always taught my students how to fish, rather than just feed them,
though so many are so indoctrinated and trained especially since the advent of
technology, and desire for instantaneous information, they have forgotten how
to, or have no desire to learn how to think for themselves, or do simple research
to get them to the next step along the way.

Let alone, most have a hard time getting off social media long enough to meditate,
read a book, (let alone explore an actual library or used bookstore), perform an
actual ritual in the woods, or desert, or climb a mountain to connect with the
spirits, that are all part of the path I was taught, or blazed my own trail through
to hard earned knowledge and experience.

I have kidded with some:

"What, when the god in front of you says "you dare to challenge me !?" what are
you going to say, "Yeah, I do, but hold on a minute, I need to answer this tweet,
and post this selfie on Instagram, then I'll be right with you."

ROTFLMAO...

Our generation was much different, Planewalker!

P.S. I came to terms with death and a sense of mortality in my twenties.
Now, it only makes me more determined, more invigorated, more in tune
with my inner strength to accomplish that which is necessary in my eyes
before I cross to the Otherside.

Seems like we have the same core beliefs with a slight difference in usages in language and direction we come at things from. You'd probably enjoy one of my "Rants" - LOOK INTO MY EYES. Sometimes I just got to vent. You'd probably get a laugh out of SWEAR-OGEES in Rants also. Must be a generational thing. Of course it could be that I was dropped on my head - repeatedly - when I was young. At least that's my story and I'm sticking to it.
