Sometimes the dead don't RIP and sometimes that is due to a demon or another malevolent entity. I always found remote viewing to be more of a conscious thing. However, I had dreams where I went to someone's house I knew but had never seen their house irl, when I descrived it to them it was accurate. So I dunno.
