Re: Reciprocity in love

. Hi QuotAquot. Thanks for coming to us with your questions. Sometimes it is helpful to run things by others to help get perspective, esp when it comes to relationships, which can really be perplexing at times. Before I dive in, if you don't mind my asking, about how old are you currently? Thanks. .

Re: get through to someone via their subconcious?

I am also curious about if you via this practice can affect someones subconcious to the point where they start thinking about you a lot? Yes, and because of that potential outcome I suggest you pursue some other way to get closure, like through counseling (what I would recommend), writing a letter ...

Re: Tom Petty

. Yeah, he was an abuse survivor and music was his safe place. Seems he had a lot of integrity as a musician, and was widely respected by his peers (rare to find these days). Don't care too much for Tom's later stuff though, but then I tend to only like most artists' early work anyway. Ha, I tried t...

Re: Build your own Stonehenge

. This is cool. My significant other and I want to make one too! There is a lot of open space where we live, all throughout the region (and oak groves everywhere too, a favored ritual site for Druids). We could get creative with how we mark out the spots (witches are good at hiding things in plain s...

Kotodama or kototama (言霊, lit. "word spirit/soul")

. Was just clicking around Wikipedia looking for something else, stumbled upon this, figured I'd post it here. Thanks. --K Kotodama or kototama (言霊, lit. "word spirit/soul") refers to the Japanese belief that mystical powers dwell in words and names. English translations include "soul...

Same thing happened to me. You've got a hater out there. Did unbinding spell work? Hi bellalove2017. Keep an eye on the dates of posts, since some members move on after a while and no longer participate in the discussions they started here years ago. Greek_Male_Witch still posts here, so you got lu...

Cicero on Divination

. A translation of De Divinatione by Roman statesman/philosopher, Cicero. It is a thick read! But it is interesting seeing what this Roman philosopher had rolling around in his head, as regards this topic. This is a writing I could study for several months, since the writer makes sooo many reference...

Hi Ophelia. It just dawned on me this morning that you may not have been referring to discarnate humans when you mentioned "spirits" in your OP.

What sorts of spirits did you mean? I should have asked you that before typing my post above, lol.

Thanks.

Re: When it gets too spooky

I can't be the only one that has gone out to play with spirits and gotten freaked out. What do you guys do to prevent or recover from such experiences? Many of my friends just view communication with spirits as so dangerous and uncontrollable that no one should do it...but it goes against what I fe...
