Thank you Sakura. I do feel a presents when it startes to happen. I try to communicate to the spririt through tarot and my pendulum and I get accurate answers. At first I was nervous that it wanted to communicate but now I am totally excited.

I feel fine. I saw no colors. I did feel a bit bolder than normal. I meditated before I started work. I felt like I can take on anything.

I did not have anything in mind. I let my self relax and excepted anything that wanted to communicate. Was I too open?

I have been meditating quite a bit and One of the meditations I did had a strange affect on me. My teeth started chattering and when I broke the meditation abruptly it felt like someone hit me in my chest. Was I making contact with something?
