I beleive you should be able to through simple meditation, but I really get an odd feeling that this isn't very good.

I'd take it further with a ritual sea salt bath followed by a smudging with sage and then finally a nice long balancing and grounding meditation.

Thanks for the encouragement earth wolf. I'm not too worried though, I only put a little in the tea and I still have a ways to go before the drug test. Plus I excercise regularly and drink lots of fluids.

Anyway I put some sage in a salt bath I made today. Was wonderful
