I started with hymns and dancing. I just sang about my love of my deity and danced in a circle. Its such a great feeling, to just let go and allow nature to control your movements in a dance.

I'm not really sure that you need to. I never did. I do cleanse them with incense smoke every now and then though.

My dads doctor recommended he and his wife go paleo. They got tons of cookbooks and there are many good recipes if you'd like some. They do take lots of vitamin supplements though.
