No...I've never known a bag of herbs to stop you catching anything. It didn't work for the bubonic plague, so I doubt it'll work for the flu. My only tips are, try and avoid sick people, eat lots of garlic, both raw and cooked, fresh oranges/ornage juice, onion too and chilli...gargle with warm salt...
