Re: JB's Random information

Golden seal capsules or powder: A powerful antimicrobial, golden-seal (Hydrastis canadensis) is effective against a variety of microorganisms that cause traveler’s diarrhea. The powder has antiseptic properties and can be sprinkled onto cuts or wounds to stop bleeding. Do not take golden-seal intern...

And that is a good question. I don't think I have ever heard it asked in all my year.

Re: Ok, kind of a weird question...

Why would it not work. It is a grain. The gods understand that you are not a farmer.

Re: I need an emotions spell.

Maybe you have too much Earth or Water in your emotions. I would suggest either exercise (to increase your FIRE) or travel ( To increase your Air) . Travel can be to anywhere you haven't been before, across town/ to another town near you.

Re: Advice on my situation

Well ask her permission. Ask her if it would be alright if you cast a spell that would bring understanding to the relationship. This way she will either not want to meet and thus not make another date to back out of or she will make an appointment with you. Either way be happy that you have a friend...

Re: A place to work

Resize your circle. Do you have your own room? if so a circle that surrounds you and your nightstand should work for ritual. This is a great time to focus on LIVING like a witch. This is bringing witch crafts and ideas to into your ever day life instead of ritual. For example- Mabon is a great time ...

Re: Your Book of Shadows is...

My Book of Shadows are spiral note books. I have about 500 of them with spells, traditions, correspondence, accounts of magical/spiritual happenstance, drawings, dream interpretations, readings, and so forth. Those are my "working" books and are a jumbled mess (by my rather high standards). SO if an...

Re: Ok, one more

There are some memories that I see in Third person; my husband has a thing of talking pictures at the most awkward time. For example, I had just come home from the hospital after a massive surgery and had an open wound that you could put a hand in if you wanted. I was on a pull out bed in my mother'...

Re: He dies every winter from lack of appreciation

There are other things going on in your life that gas caused you to stop being active. Your bout when you went off the ocd medication, your grandfather, your frustrating goal of weight loss, I am sure there is more but yous get it. There is a lot going on that a balance in male and female energies c...

Re: He dies every winter from lack of appreciation

This is true. He is GOD... I doubt that he needs us to worship him at all. I do see how ever that one can not be complete unless we look at both our female and male sides and work with them separate and together. Greek- You focused on the Female which tends to be more creative, passive and nurturing...

Sign up for the Pagan School. It is a great place to start. Also there is a VAST lesson on the history of paganism in the second month.

Sy the rain spell is a good example of how we all have to live with the outcomes of the EVERY spell. Consequences will happen.

Re: He dies every winter from lack of appreciation

Just because you don't mean to offend, does not mean you don't. When you say "seems like everyone" you are adding EVERYONE into the umbrella. SO I did read it carefully, I thought it through. Yes, I know it was an observation not meant to offend; but you can't think that your intentions will lesson ...

Re: He dies every winter from lack of appreciation

I agree Zili that statement offended me as well for I am not Wiccan. While I know you did not mean to offend it still does because I find it very important to respect both the God and Goddess. To lack one makes the other incomplete. I bring the point that I do not believe the God "dies" at all. That...
