So about Craft names...

I think I have finally found mine...however I have heard a couple things and I am very curious on everyone's opinion. 1) You should never reveal your craft name 2) OR have AT LEAST two craft names for example: a public one, a coven one, and perhaps one you share only with the God and Goddess, elemen...

Re: Gary Jules Mad World

I became familiar that version when I saw Donnie Darko. I can relate to having difficulties in school. I was doing quite well until I started getting bullied relentlessly. My grades dropped and all sorts of horrible things happened. I have trouble listening to the Gary Jules version. It makes me fee...

Re: Worse than The Tower Card...

it makes me perplexed that every attempt requires planning and patience I renounced on making big changes expecting that things are just supposed to "grow ripe" perhaps not the best attitude? I don't know if that's necessarily a bad attitude. I empathize with the feelings of climbing and getting no...

Re: Worse than The Tower Card...

Do you feel too grounded? Too rooted in reason? Do you express yourself artistically and when/if do you take risks? Do you experience enjoyment fully?

This may be either a way to do that if you are too grounded or a way to finally fulfill a path you began and which will a summit.

Re: Worse than The Tower Card...

Okay. I would say that with the tower you thrive on a) some upheaval. “If there’s change let it be big. Let’s start over and build from the bottom up. B) I would say you dont necessary start drama but you will resolve it.

That’s just my guess from a one card.

I'm giving free tarot readings...if that's okay

I hope that it's okay to post this here. I took a hiatus from tarot and I am trying to get back into it. I would like to give some free readings. Please PM me if interested.

Thanks.

Re: The Craft (1996)

I quite like The Gift. Cate Blanchett's performance was amazing and I love how she is using ESP cards to give readings. Keanu Reeves plays against type and I love it. The ending is a nice twist too.

I'll have to check those out. I love cats. Happy birthday to your granddaughter. High school (and junior high) were rough for me. I wish her the best.

What is Your Favorite Deck and How Many Do You Have?

I have the good old Rider Waite, Shadowscapes, Linestrider, Starman and Corrine Kenner's Wizard Tarot. My favorite is The Wizard's Tarot, which is unfortunately out of print now. :( https://imagizer.imageshack.com/v2/320x240q90/921/1etE5X.jpg The oracle I have The Faeries' Oracle by Brian Froud. htt...

Re: The Craft (1996)

The problem with The Craft is it squandered so much potential. They had a an actual Wiccan on the set to give real incantations but then decided that Fairuza Balk should look like a CGI Medusa in the end. They could've made a movie that didn't make witchcraft about revenge. Hell, even The Exorcist i...

Re: books... dang, good tip thanks so much, so do they do that with all merchandise provided on line? bb, FF My local one does. Some stores even match other online store prices. It just depends. Incidentally, I did buy a tarot bag specifically made for it. It's very nice. https://imagizer.imageshac...

Link to the Charlotte Guest translation. https://www.sacred-texts.com/neu/celt/mab/index.htm Thanks for the link. If you get a chance, tell me what you think of the Evangeine Walton version. I would be very interested to get another opinion. I have finished it yet (it was much larger than I anticip...

Re: The Starman Tarot

I am so sorry for your loss. That's terrible.

When you go to Barnes and Noble make sure they match the online price. They did that for me and I have a membership so it was pretty cheap considering. Otherwise you might pay as much as $37 or more for it.
