Re: Crystal Soap
Genius! hehe Full Moon Balls! I love the idea of moon phases. I smell a craft project in my near future! I was thinking of maybe even adding some homegrown herbs to the soaps. I think rose petals would work lovely with a rose quartz for some lovey-dovey soaps. Amethyst and lavender for some soothing...

Re: Crystal Soap
This is an awesome idea! I never did think of using the hotel soaps that way, firebirdflys, so thank you for the suggestion. I guess it goes without saying that there would need to be some care put into which stones are used for the soap since some of them are not suited to get wet or contain harmfu...

Re: On The Tip of The Tongue
That's something I haven't tried doing too much of yet, SpritTalker. I need to spend some time meditating. I'm still not the greatest with meditation but I have been working on this so I'll use your suggestion as a starting point with that. Thanks!

On The Tip of The Tongue
First, I'll start by saying that dreams have always been an important part of my life. Tracing back generations on my mother's side of the family, there are ample stories of dream work. There has been times when we have shared dreams, dreams that have prophesied the coming and going of people in our...

I'm a pro lurker too! One that just recently vowed to try to be more active on here but I did waste a many year lurking on here. Welcome from one lurker to another!

Re: Gems to Quit Smoking
firebirdflys, I'm on your page! In Toronto a pack is about 20 bucks which at a pack a day I'm saving 7,200! I couldn't figure out why I felt so financially pinched until I quit and all that money started staying in my account. I've been able to buy the 'One day I'll have the money for this' gems tha...

Re: Gems to Quit Smoking
The social side of smoking was a huge one for me! Also, the routine of it. I was always one to have my morning coffee and smoke, my 2 breaks throughout the workday, my going home smoke, after dinner and then bed time. I thought that by stopping it would change who I am, how social I am and everythin...

Gems to Quit Smoking
So, about this time last year I decided that it was time to quit smoking. It seemed like the natural course to take after having been a smoker for 10 years and, to be honest, the prices of buying smokes was getting to be not worth the negativity that smoking was bringing to my life ($20 a pack!!). I...

Re: Not New But A Vow To Do Better
You all are so inspiring! Thank you for not only sharing similar feelings regarding posting, but also the positive encouragement to keep posting. I have a sneaking feeling that I will be much better this go around than last. I've been doing a lot of thinking about it since I posted yesterday, and I ...

Not New But A Vow To Do Better
Long time no chat! I came on here about a year ago, made the intro blurb and then ghosted away to the background again like the big ol anti-social lump that I am. When I joined, I had every intention to contribute to the community but I clearly failed at that. I went through a inner battle with repe...

Re: First time, Long time!
Finally we have united online! I mentioned how I need to post more but I really do suck at not being a lurker, and I must say that seeing you finally take the dive makes me realize that I really really need to start engaging with the community more. I'm ashamed at how long I've been a member but how...

Re: Greetings from Canada
I am also from Canada. Ontario to be exact. An eclectic solitary witch. Always looking for friendly pen pals interested in the same things. Me too! I've got myself hunkered down in the big city. Our little gathering here in Mt. Dora is always super. We number about 12 all eclectic Witches mostly al...

Re: Greetings from Canada
Nice to meet both of you! I'm hoping to get better at being prompt with my responses. I've never been to a gathering of witches, but that has always been something that interests me. I'm one of those people who are really shy at first but once I'm around good energy it really doesn't take me long to...

Greetings from Canada
Ahoy to all! I've been lurking this site for a few years now, but I wasn't ever in a mind-space where I could engage with online communication. I'm trying to get better at that, so I thought this would be the best place to start. I guess I should probably give a small rundown of my history; I've gro...
