Re: Bumblebee Jasper
I got it online from www.sagegoddess.com. I've gotten a few crystals from Etsy as well, but the number of (sometimes fake) listings can be kind of overwhelming.

Bumblebee Jasper
Despite the name, Bumblebee Jasper is technically not Jasper, but a combination of Gypsum, Sulphur and Hematite. I impulse bought this along with some malachite after having a dream about both stones. Just thought this was too pretty not to share (and doesn't get as much interest online as it should...

Spell Bag- Seeking a New Home
Hi, everyone- Just curious to see what your thoughts are on this spell. Thanks :D . Suggested timing: waxing or full moon, Sunday, Wednesday, or Thursday Ingredients: (Quartz is often used as a "general purpose" crystal, so feel free to substitute it for any of the others). Feel free to sk...

Spellwork and Sabbats
Blessed (slightly early) Beltane to whoever is reading this :D . So- I've seen mixed information on casting spells on sabbats. Some people prefer to treat them as "resting days" and avoid spellcasting on sabbats (though they may participate in workings/rituals aimed at celebrating the holi...

Re: "Road Opener" Spells: Abre Camino!
I know this is an old thread- but are spells of this kind cast during the waxing or waning moon? On one hand, the purpose of spells like this is to remove obstacles, but on the other hand, they are also intended to attract success. Also- has anyone here used/ordered from Dr. E? After looking at the ...

Re: Spell Timing/Days of the Week
Hey! long time no see. welcome back! Not dumb to ask. I think for the sake of ease and convivence many folks use the traditional hours of the day and then that would end at midnight. With the next day technically starting at 12:01. Although I also feel things aren't hard and fast at any given momen...

Spell Timing/Days of the Week
Sorry if this seems like a dumb question- but for those of you who factor days of the week into spell-casting, when does a day "end" for the purposes of spells? For example, if I wanted to incorporate Monday's correspondences into my working, but began late at night, would I need to finish...

Re: Broom closet tips?
Well... As for topics, you could consider: - Easily concealable spells, practices, and altar arrangements - Substitutions for pricey/hard to find ingredients or tools - Tips for celebrating the Sabbats without being overly obvious - Resources for new witches, etc. These are just some starting points...

Thanks Rosie! And yes, I had read somewhere that Lewis Carroll worked in the fields of geometry, linear and matrix algebra, mathematical logic, and recreational mathematics.

Re: What's your favorite tarot spread?
Hard to say, to be honest. You can find a lot of different spreads on the internet by searching for tarot spreads. I often search for spreads specific to the reading I intend to do. I have found readings for just about every topic imaginable using this method, including sabbat-themed spreads.

Mercury Retrogrades
Hi everyone. I have heard many people complain about the Mercury Retrograde and how it "throws off" communication/learning/seeking information. Equally, I have heard that it is a good time to reflect on the past. Just out of curiosity, do Mercury Retrogrades have any affect on divination (...
