I have found they work slower and therefore are better for long term goals. When they do start to work it all comes together very nicely.

UPDATE !!! So I FINALLY got a call back from the hospital's H.R. today about the job I interviewed for a while back ( I still have to call them when I get a moment, at work right now ), I also had an interview today for a job I applied at last week and they just called to scheduled a second intervie...
