School bullying thread

Recently, I have been thinking a lot about this subject. It happens all the time, all over the world. Kids as young as 8-9 are getting bullied. So I thought I'd share something I wrote a while ago. I was thinking about doing a motivational speech in my daughter's school. Feel free to tell the story ...

Re: Spam, chat, nonsense thread :)

I ordered linoleum for the balcony and intend to rearrange the whole space. :D Hubby said I'm crazy, but he doesn't have much choice but to go along with my plans  good layer of paint won't hurt either

Social Distancing Boredom / Quarantine / Covid-19 Woes

Been working from home the last week. In isolation. I am not sick or anything, the government is taking precautions and the company let us work from home (it hurts to say anything good about Bulgarian government, but so far, they are doing the right thing). Started talking to the furniture, waiting ...

Re: YanaKhan's gazillion projects :)

Here are some samples of what I've been crafting lately. I started to enjoy making these even more lately - it calms me to work with my hands.

Re: Hair growth spell help

Almond oil helps hair growth. I've never had any issues with how my hair grows, but I use it because my hair is wavy to curly, hense very dry. It does help with both.

Re: Children

I do believe that anyone who has childred should consider the risk of passing their illnesses to their children. However, an illness can just happen even if you're healthy. My dad for example had epilepsy and it started when he was around 50. But I believe it has been there all his life, only to hmm...

Re: How schools degenerate people

I had trouble getting up early too. I used to start school at 7:30, which I view as the middle of the night :D I can agree the school system is not meeting the children's needs. Especially where I live - kids in Bulgaria carry heavy bags to school every day (I swear my daughter's bag is 14 kilograms...

If I have a candle that was left after a spell, I usually melt it to create a new one.

Re: Anyone else feeling the “Winter Blues”?

My downtime seems to come during the summer. For a musician, summer is always slow and until last year, I was feeling down during the summer. Which is odd, because I was born in the summer and generally hate the cold :D @Rosie, I know this is hard, the thing with your friend, but it kinda makes me w...

Re: Your worst Spirit experience

My worst Spirit experience wasn't exactly mine. A friend who passed tried to communicate with me through my daughter. I was quite scared at the time, because she was having dreams about a person she didn't know and was telling me things he wanted me to know. Eventually he stopped and I don't think s...

Re: Word Spells from the Slavic Folklore Traditions

Hi SL, I'm not exactly sure if some of the spell are drawn from the Greek. Could be, as we are neighbors and the traditions (and kitchen, and languages and almost everything) is mixed somewhat. It's kinda hard to tell what originated where. These spells I've gathered from different sourses and the w...
