Your favorite supply website?
Hello All. Please forgive me if this has been asked before. I haven't been a very active member lately but that is going to change. Right now I was curious to find out where everyone likes to buy craft related items online? I recently found some interesting things on amazon.com, but I'm sure there a...

Re: Long December
Thanks again to all who replied here. I am getting closer to putting this behind me and moving on. It was just so difficult at first because I was unable to take any time off work, and it was the Holidays. Don't get me wrong, I'm not over it by any means and the smallest things can still bring a tea...

Re: Long December
Thank you to Echo, Oracle, and again to Firebird. You are all very kind. I'm rather new to this Forum and haven't posted very much. Since I've been feeling very overwhelmed and isolated, being able to share my story and feelings here means the world to me. Hopefully as I heal from this, I will learn...

Re: Long December
Thank you Firebird. I'm really having a hard time. Even though I put on a brave face, I feel like I'm walking around in a daze. I'm just going through the motions of my days. It's like I'm on autopilot. I feel disconnected from everyone and everything. I eat and sleep and go to work and check my FB,...

Long December
Last month my SO was diagnosed with cancer. On December 5th he passed away. He was my one true love and the father of my children. We were together 20 years and even though we got divorced, we never really broke up. He was a hard headed Capricorn and could be a big jerk at times. But he was my big j...

21 Uses for Vodka
1. To remove a bandage painlessly, saturate the bandage with vodka. The solvent dissolves the adhesive. 2. To clean the caulking around bathtubs and showers, fill a trigger-spray bottle with vodka, spray the caulking, let set five minutes and wash clean. The alcohol in the vodka kills mold and milde...

Re: Dogwood Wand
That's awesome. I'm happy for you. That's cool you know what kind of wood it is and could look it up. I have a wand I made from a stick I found in the forest, but I'm not sure what kind of wood it is. I carved a pentagram on it and affixed a quarts crystal to the tip.

Whats the story behind your username?
Awesome thread. I read it all. Lets resurrect it. My user name comes from my given name. I was just working with what I have. You can call me Your Majesty if you want to.

Giveaways
What a thoughtful and generous idea. You could have interested people post in a thread, say for a week. Then use a random number generator to select the winning post number. Just a thought. Good on you for having such a giving nature.

Re: What should I buy first?
All of those are wonderful suggestions. :) Like Holdasown said, sticks are free. Nature is an excellent source for alter items: shells, pretty rocks, feathers, fresh cut flowers, etc. Next time you are at the beach or lake or park with the little ones keep your eye out for these and other things. Th...
