hi Yanakhan, we do the same with the "bullet pouring," as you said. But we don't use holy water, as we are Muslims and chant along prayers from Qur-an . We use it in daily life language as well if things are going wrong we say, "Let's pour some gun powder!" heehee

Just a question about meditation. Im new at meditating and everytime i do i feel a pressure on my forehead.
