Such language on the board these days! Glad the roomie situation seems to be getting better for you. You keep your stance and let them know you won't stand for their behavior. Bet they don't think it's quite as funny now they've gotten in trouble, albeit I'm sure they're pretty mad - but it's totall...

I recommend juice. Good source of natural sugars and Vitamin C - drink a glass or two with a good multivitamin to help replenish any other vitamins or minerals you're lacking of - and steadily drink water throughout the day.

I'm pretty sure I was able to surf these kinds of websites when I was in school, although I'm sure I'd have gotten an interesting word or two had I had some type of official peer behind me. There's two perspectives to look at here: Freedom of Religion, end of story. But at the same time there is the...

Thanks for the support guys. And yes, you've pretty much got it right on the spot. Low self esteem, always been with men that were ill choices, and so forth. If there were a picture definition of the battered wife, you'd see my Mother. Like I mentioned, all arguementative tactics have been used - in...

LOL, nice one..but accomplished by several including myself. I have a temper when it comes to those things myself, and he's gotten on the wrong side of many others as well. If you beat him up, Mommy only feels sorrier for him and his bruised ribs, black eye, and whatever else you've done to his sorr...

Oh I love getting money involved. I did a spell a few years ago with quarters and a few money-drawing herbs, and it worked wonders.

What on Earth kind of Magick would this take?

My Mother has lived her entire life as a battered wife, putting not only herself - but her family as a whole through serious emotional traumatization and physical danger. Family interventions, one-on-one serious conversations with every emotional arguementative tactic to be used, nothing seems to ph...

Bad time of year to go running out to buy herbs. Both Wal-Mart and Kroger were out of vanilla pods and various other things I tried to pick up. Thanksgiving rush has arrived people, beware.. But to get to the point the recipe turned out beautifully. It really does belong in the Christmas scent categ...

I hear voices whn I'm right about drifting to sleep. Sometimes the conversations are very, very odd - when they say something that strikes my attention and wakes me up slightly, they either shut up or I'm no longer in the state to hear them anymore. It ranges from really bad advice, to hearing my na...

Christmas Scent

I was on Recipezaar, looking for holiday recipes trying to break tradition of the same old foods we have every year, and I ran across a "Christmas Scent" recipe used for pot simmering. The recipe varies with the presence and absence of the vanilla pods and two bay leaves, and user comments...
