★ Sad day in Rock and Roll history, Keith Emerson has left the planet.

The first ever to tour with the Moog synthesizer, another amazing talent has gone to the great gig in the sky. It would appear by his own hand.

Your music will live on Mr. Emerson, thanks for some really wonderful progressive and timeless music. :fairy:

and now named after Emerson the Moog Synthesizer turned 50 in 2014.

I missed this somehow. The extraordinary voice of King Crimson then later Emerson Lake and Palmer,
Greg Stuart Lake has been silenced by cancer.
He left us December 7, 2016, the same year as Keith.

all these rock and roll groundbreaking giants are fading away. Makes me sad and feeling old.
this wonderful song Greg managed to sing even while chewing gum smileylove, ah, the memories, Cal Jam 1974...
