I need help finishing this plea for a storm.

This is what I have so far:
Storm Call
-bowl
-water
-salt
-rice
-feather
Pour the water into the bowl and stir while saying "rains of time, I call thee forth, empty thine eyes, upon this earth," continue stirring and gradually pour in the rice while imagining a great downpour, now, place a feather in the swirling water and say "winds shall follow effortlessly, tearing through every limb of tree," let the water still and sprinkle in the salt.
