I work in an awful work environment where I get harrassed often. I have at least one co-worker who tries to get me fired bringing any error she can find (not many but she digs for them) to my boss rather than me. I did a binding spell and an anti slander spell any other advice prayers or tips would be great. I did get advice to hurt her back on the boards but would rather do a nicer approach. thanks!

I agree with you in that retribution is not the way to solve this problem. Do you know why she wants to see you gone? I don't know if I can offer much but this person will eventually have this come back at her in one form or another. If she digs for errors you made, then brings them to the supervisor and magnifies them out of proportion, well, this is something that supervisors don't like to see or hear. A good supervisor will look at the fact she is doing everything to tout the mistakes or weaknesses of others and doing nothing to actually address or solve the problem (if there is any). The fact that this coworker goes screaming to the boss instead of coming to the individual to address or correct the problem will work against her because this flies in the face of the concept of working together. It also tends to make the person appear as a doomsayer or backstabber, something that everyone around her will recognize and nobody wants to be around. That effects job performance. If the supervisor recognizes all this then the troublemaker will be removed or otherwise dealt with eventually. I would say just keep doing a good job and maintain your pleasantness in the face of her adversity. If you can stay away from a He Said/She Said scenario then the troublemaker will soon find herself in the spotlight as the real bump in an otherwise smooth operation.

Hi Kyligh!

I've been in similar situations myself and can understand how hard and frustrating it is. I've got a thing about Injustice and it makes me burn too when I see people act as your co-worker does and get their way or get away with it time after time. I've wanted to get back or lash out at them or see then removed from their position. Eventually I came to realize that most people acting this way have other issues and this is a manifestation of it. Sometime it can be something as simple as the person is lonely or afraid and desires attention-any kind of attention. Or to "Get them before they get me". Obviously I can't say if this is the case here but with your permission I would like to send Positive Intent your way that this situation might be resolved peaceably and to the benefit of everyone involved. Is that okay?
